Girls team is loaded with returning talent as 5 out of our 6 varsity bowlers from last year return. 4 Seniors Alicyn Klok ( 3 year state qualifier and all conference ) Wybie Burke (returning 2nd team all conference) Lily Jones and Paige Bender and they will be helped by junior Mercedes Edney (just missed qualifying for state last year) . They will be supported by a couple of newcomers this year. Sophomore Sadie Jacobs and Freshman Madelyn Borling.
The girls team started out with some nerves in the first baker game but hung on to win it and then shot an impressive 156 second baker game to sweep bakers and went on to sweep the match 30 to 0. Alicyn Klok led all scores with a 170 and Wybie Burke shot a 153 to lead the bulldogs to victory. Sadie Jacobs made her varsity debut and shot a nice opening game.
